01 About These Terms

03 Account Responsibilities

Do not share your credentials with any other person, and do not allow another person to access or use your account on your behalf.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bets088 support immediately at support@bets088.com. Bets088 will not be held liable for any losses that arise from unauthorized access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has voluntarily shared them with a third party.

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number and linked payment accounts — up to date. 04 Deposits and Payments

Bets088 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100.

Deposits are credited to your bets088 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to the standard network processing window, which is generally within minutes but can vary based on the sending bank.

All funds deposited into your bets088 wallet must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Bets088 does not accept third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person. Any funds identified as coming from a third-party source may be held pending verification, and may be returned to the originating account rather than credited for play.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bets088 reserves the right to close the affected account, void associated bets and winnings, and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Bets088 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Non-cooperation with identity verification or anti-money laundering requests

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bets088 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, game code, text, images, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of bets088 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bets088 platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from bets088.

Using automated tools to scrape content, odds data, game results, or any other information from bets088 for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this section may result in account closure and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

14 Amendments to These Terms
